The Physics & Astronomy department at Bucknell University operates the William Bucknell Observatory, home to a selection of both antique and modern telescopes. In addition to providing facilities for our students to explore the universe, we enjoy the opportunity to share the excitement with the rest of the community.
As we have events to share, both organized and informal, we’ll work to keep this site updated with the details.
Note that the night sky can be fickle, and many of our activities will be dependent on the weather and sky conditions. If we need to cancel due to clouds or other conditions, we’ll work to be ready for the next opportunity.
